The school is run by Full Gospel Churches of Uganda, an evangelical church with a nationwide reach. It has been running since 2007 and is located in Kiruhura District in western Uganda. Before construction, the area Member of Parliament graded the access road linking the school to the village – that was the local government’s contribution. Government has also committed to have the school aided by the end of 2013, meaning that national government would pay the salaries of teachers. In 2012 the school had 120 pupils and in 2013 enrollment is expected to increase to 300 pupils.
With support from a donor Fields of Life has built 7 classrooms, a store, 2 offices and 2 sets of pit latrines. The school now seems well set to develop further, with support from the church and government as well as from Fields of Life.
